As a Marketing Assistant (32-40 hours per week) , you are part of the Marketing department, and report to the Brand Manager.

Marketing Assistance

Support marketing in organizing various projects. Coordinate and prepare graphic content, such as invitations, mailings, presentations and online visuals. Contributing ideas to marketing campaigns and assist with social media and website content. Liaising with external agencies. Organize and manage marketing/sales items and stock material (giveaways, shirts, jackets, scale models etc.). Monitor and ensure that marketing material is archived and server is up to date. Create standardized work procedures for marketing related procedures to increase overall efficiency.

Management Assistance

Prioritise and handle work independently as far as possible and discuss if necessary, with Manager. Monitor and follow-up deadlines and take appropriate action if and when required. Write communication (taking minutes, correspondence) in different languages and ensure required high quality of outgoing correspondence (e.g. lay-out, language, style, accuracy). Organise meetings, invite participants and take care of required documents, catering, meeting rooms, required materials and equipment, both internally as well as externally. Ensure confidentiality of information.

Events

Assist in the organizing of promotional events and digital campaigns to facilitate their success. Support internal and external events based on Marketing Planning in close co-operation with the Events Specialist and/or Brand Manager. Preparation of sales and marketing material for boat shows and events; (invitations, posters, booklets, scale models etc.).

General

Represent the company in all ways (emails, phone, events, shows). Create, develop and maintain an international network with various third parties as far as applicable for the position and - where applicable -after approval of superior. Provide high level standards at all times and places, all in line with procedures and guidelines, and if necessary, take corrective actions. Safeguard the privacy of clients and the confidentiality of data, information and yachts.

What do we ask for?

• High er Education degree
• Fluent in English, also in writing
• > 5 years' experience in a similar role, preferably within a similar environment
• You recognize yourself i n the following competences: pro-active, problem-solver, planning & organization, result oriented, organization engaged.
• Expert knowledge of MS Office applications
