Wat je gaat doen

As a factory worker in our cheese production team, you help prepare large blocks of Gouda cheese for the supermarket. It’s physical work, but not too heavy – and you’ll be trained to work safely and efficiently.

Your tasks:

• Move blocks of cheese (max. 15 kg) to your workstation.
• Use modern machines to clean the edges of the cheese.
• Keep your area clean and organized.
• Work in rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, night).

• Base hourly wage: €17.23
• Evening shift bonus: +30%
• Night shift bonus: +40%
• Full-time hours: 38–40 per week
• Holiday pay (8%)
• Possibility of a permanent contract

You don’t need years of experience – just the right attitude. We’ll teach you the rest.

• You can lift 15 kg without problems
• You’re available for 3-shift work (morning/afternoon/night)
• You have your own transport to Kaatsheuvel
• EPT experience? Great! No experience? We’ll train you
• Basic level of education and a hands-on mindset
