The LEAN DNA
We are constantly looking for people with the LEAN DNA. We know of no hierarchical model and no unnecessary overhead. Job description
As Office Manager within our LEAN team you immediately have a lot of responsibility and a nicely varied set of tasks.
- You are responsible for the administration You ensure that the (purchasing/sales) administration is in order, you oversee invoicing, you are responsible for accounts receivable management, and you have contact with our external bookkeeper. You do have an idea of everything that goes into a financial administration.
- You are the first point of contact at computer- and software You help your colleagues, but you think together with the MT about a future-proof approach. In contact with our ICT partners you are the first point of contact. Our company is at the forefront of digitalization and wants to keep improving in it.
- You are the helping hand at the website, the newsletter and social media and you have a feel for it.
- You support the MT with everything in the area of human resources and other office matters . HR and fixing things you therefore have in your capillaries. You are involved and coordinate the recruitment process, have contact with our payroll administrator and are actually responsible for the entire. employee experience .
- sustainability in corporate social responsibility is in our LEAN DNA. We are busy achieving our B Corp certification and are a pioneer in climate-positive entrepreneurship. As Office Manager you bear a great responsibility in doing so, and together with the MT, a leading role.
- And then the LEAN Events you are organizationally (ultimately) responsible, you send the invitations, you manage registrations and you involve all stakeholders. It should be clear that you will have the opportunity to develop yourself further every day, and our office helps with gradually expanding toward an even nicer practice.
Are you:
- Driven, enthusiastic and self-critical?
- Born with a good head for numbers and bookkeeping (preferably relevant experience in that area)?
- Entrepreneurial, customer-oriented, ambitious and proactive?
- Creative, independent, and do you dare to think outside the box?
- Socially skilled and strong in communication in both Dutch and English?
- Looking for a job of around 18 to 24 hours per week?
And do you have:
- An experience within the legal world and/or elsewhere within the commercial services sector?
