Sales Consultant
Frontier EU in Nijmegen is looking for a Sales Administrator with 2-3 years of commercial or sales operationns experience. Full-time preferred (36 hours negotiable), start date by agreement.

- Configuration: Configuration of Peplink hardware and software tailored to customer needs.

What will you do?
In this role, you combine sales operations and administrative support with substantive customer interaction and sales consultancy. You ensure that our commercial processes run smoothly, our systems are well organized and our customers are supported professionally and knowledgeably. You are an important link between Sales, Marketing, Technical Support and Procurement and actively contribute to improving and professionalizing our internal processes.
Your responsibilities - Sales administration and process optimization
- Manage and optimize sales processes and workflows.
- Maintain and optimize CRM and administrative systems, including HubSpot and Exact, and in the future NetSuite.
- Keep the product portfolio, price lists, and sales documentation up to date.
- Support procurement processes and contribute ideas regarding inventory management and stock policy.
- Identify bottlenecks and actively contribute to more efficient ways of working.
- Support reporting and analyses for the Sales Operations Manager.
Your responsibilities - Sales consultant and customer contact
- First point of contact for resellers and customers regarding commercial inquiries.
- Advise on Peplink solutions that match customer needs.
- Support the follow-up of leads and commercial opportunities.
- Organize and support introductory sessions and product presentations.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Technical Support on campaigns and customer journeys.
- Occasionally visit partners, trade shows, and international offices.

What do you bring?
- 2 to 3 years of experience in a commercial, sales operations, or sales support role, preferably in the technology or IT sector.
- Affinity with technology, IT, or networking, experience with Peplink is a plus.
- Experience with CRM and administrative systems, preferably HubSpot, Exact, and NetSuite.
- A structured and accurate way of working with a focus on process improvement.
- A customer-oriented and strong communicative attitude.
- Excellent command of Dutch and English, other European languages are a plus.
- Willingness to travel within Europe.
