The Role We offer an internal training program to become a Dough Maker, Production Operator, or Packaging Operator.

At Bakkerij Pater, you'll not only start as an Operator, but you'll also have the chance to follow internal training to grow into a specialist role within one of our departments.

Dit bieden wij

• 25 vacation days per year, plus 8.33% holiday allowance** on top of your base salary.
• Full-time position of 38 hours per week.
• Starting salary: €16.78 per hour

• Setting up equipment and preparing packaging and auxiliary materials.
• Carrying out various quality checks on packaging and recording findings in logs and/or systems.
• Resolving routine malfunctions and quality deviations by adjusting equipment within established parameters.
