Do you have technical skills, an eye for quality, and a passion for Bolletje’s delicious products? Bolletje is looking for enthusiastic new operators to join the team!

Who doesn’t know them? Those classic rolls of rusk that are probably sitting in your own kitchen cupboard. At Bolletje, our production lines turn out thousands of rusk rolls every hour – but that’s just the beginning. We also produce delicious breakfast cakes, spiced biscuits, and Choconelly cookies at our facility in Heerde.

As an operator, you play a crucial role in the production process. You’re responsible for keeping the production lines running smoothly and efficiently. Working in a team of around 10 colleagues, your responsibilities include:

• Adjusting and fine-tuning machinery

• Performing quality checks (weight, color, moisture, taste)

• Supplying and refilling packaging materials

• Cleaning the production line

• Carrying out minor maintenance tasks, in collaboration with the technical service team

Wij vragen

• You are available to work full-time

• You’re open to working in a 3-shift schedule (06:00–14:00, 14:00–22:00, and 22:00–06:00)

• You’re willing to work overtime on weekends if needed

• You have an excellent command of the English language, both spoken and written

• You have completed a vocational (MBO) education at level 3 or higher, or you have relevant experience as an operator in the food industry
