Wat je gaat doen

In the Liquid Compounding department, you’ll prepare raw materials for production with precision.

Using a mobile station (computer + scale), you’ll weigh and mix ingredients that go into food, cosmetics, cleaning agents, and perfumes worldwide.

Your day will include:

• Gathering, weighing, mixing and finalizing raw materials according to recipes;
• Ensuring accuracy and quality at every step;
• Keeping your workstation clean and organized;
• Following safety and hygiene rules;
• Working closely with teammates to meet production goals.

Wat we je bieden

• Attractive hourly wage of €17,88, excluding shift allowance;
• Fulltime position with guaranteed hours in a 3 shift system; 20,5% shift allowance paid over every hour worked;
• Possibility of transitioning to a permanent contract after 6 months, with an initial one-year contract offered;
• 25 vacation days, 8.33% holiday allowance, and a 13th-month bonus;
• Travel allowance of €0.21 per km.

Functie-eisen

• Speak and understand Dutch or English (B1–B2 level);
• At least 2 years of experience in production or logistics;
• Value safety, hygiene, and teamwork, and ready to take the next step toward an operator role;
• Physically fit, able to lift up to 20 kg;
• Willing to work in a 3 shift system.
