Picnic is looking for an early career Performance Marketing Specialist with a passion for digital marketing and data-driven growth. If you're excited to learn how to run app campaigns, optimize performance, and drive real results, this is your chance to gain hands-on experience in a fast-growing scale-up in the grocery industry. As a Performance Marketing Specialist, you'll work closely with our experienced Acquisition team and contribute to exciting projects.

Run campaigns: Assisting in setting up and managing campaigns on Meta, TikTok and Google Ads.

Learn and grow: Keeping up with industry trends and learning best practices in mobile growth marketing.

MSc. degree in Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent

1-2 years of hands-on performance marketing or mobile app user acquisition experience

Strong analytical mindset with an interest in working with data and performance metrics. Excellent in using Google Sheets, Excel or any other data tool to analyze and present insights

Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Strong affinity in the mobile app industry

Professional fluency in English is required, proficiency in Dutch, German or French is a plus
