Your Role

As Process Performance Analyst, you'll strengthen WTT's remote operational expertise by monitoring, analyzing, and improving biological and process performance across global facilities. You'll provide actionable insights based on operational data, support customers remotely, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficiency and predictability in plant operations.

Your key responsibilities include:

• Daily monitoring of operational data for WTT plants and identifying deviations or risks.
• Evaluating mass balance, organic degradation, throughput indicators, and biological stability.
• Providing remote troubleshooting and advising customers on corrective actions.
• Preparing monthly and quarterly process reports with clear KPIs and improvement proposals.
• Supporting Field Service and Commissioning teams with process expertise during start-ups.
• Contributing to the development of dashboards, templates, and process documentation.
• Collaborating with Convertus operations to exchange best practices and optimize performance.

What do we expect from you?

• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience working in an industrial engineering environment or related sector.
• A Bachelor or Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Process Technology, Sustainable Energy, or a related field.
• Fluency in Dutch and English is required; conversational German is an asset.
• Experience with SCADA data is an asset.
• Ability to interpret mass balance, process KPIs, and operational parameters.
• Proficiency in Excel (advanced level), reporting tools, and data visualization platforms.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to translate technical findings into clear, practical advice for customers and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to build trust and maintain strong relationships with international teams and clients.
• Comfortable presenting reports and recommendations to both technical and executive audiences.

Jouw rol

Als Process Performance Analyst versterk je de remote operationele expertise van WTT door het monitoren, analyseren en verbeteren van biologische- en procesprestaties van installaties over de hele wereld. Je levert bruikbare inzichten op basis van operationele data, ondersteunt klanten op afstand en werkt samen met interne teams om efficiëntie en voorspelbaarheid in de bedrijfsvoering van installaties te waarborgen.

Jouw belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden:

• Dagelijks monitoren van operationele data van WTT-installaties en het signaleren van afwijkingen of risico's.
• Evalueren van massabalansen, organische afbraak, throughput-indicatoren en biologische stabiliteit.
• Bieden van remote troubleshooting en het adviseren van klanten over corrigerende maatregelen.
• Opstellen van maandelijkse en kwartaalrapportages met duidelijke KPI's en verbetervoorstellen.
• Ondersteunen van Field Service- en Commissioning-teams met proceskennis tijdens opstarten.
• Bijdragen aan de ontwikkeling van dashboards, templates en procesdocumentatie.
• Samenwerken met Convertus Operations om best practices uit te wisselen en prestaties te optimaliseren.

Wat verwachten wij van jou?

• Minimaal 3-5 jaar werkervaring in een industriële engineeringomgeving of een aanverwante sector.
• Een afgeronde Bachelor- of Masteropleiding in Werktuigbouwkunde, Procestechnologie, Duurzame Energie of een vergelijkbare richting.
• Vloeiend in Nederlands en Engels; kennis van Duits is een pré.
• Ervaring met SCADA-data is een voordeel.
• Vermogen om massabalansen, proces-KPI's en operationele parameters te interpreteren.
• Uitstekende vaardigheden in Excel (gevorderd niveau), rapportagetools en datavisualisatieplatforms.
• Sterke schriftelijke en mondelinge communicatieve vaardigheden om technische bevindingen te vertalen naar duidelijke, praktische adviezen voor klanten en niet-technische stakeholders.
• In staat om vertrouwen op te bouwen en sterke relaties te onderhouden met internationale teams en klanten.
• Comfortabel met het presenteren van rapportages en aanbevelingen aan zowel technische als managementdoelgroepen.
