About the role:

In this position, you support and help execute Prodrive's sourcing strategy. You will collaborate closely with the Sourcing Manager and interact with both existing and new suppliers and internal stakeholders. Your work ensures operational readiness, cost effective decisions, and strong supplier relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support ongoing sourcing activities and execution of the sourcing strategy.
• Coordinate RFQs (request for quotations), request and compare offers, and process data into internal systems.
• Assist with onboarding and maintaining relationships with suppliers.
• Initiate tenders and handle communication with multiple parties.
• Monitor market developments and assess supplier performance and risks.
• Contribute to ensuring optimal operational readiness with minimal supply risk.

Profile

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Strong interest in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain.

• Good communication and negotiation skills.

• A self starter who likes to take control, coordinate tasks, and gather information.

• Problem solving mindset with attention to detail.

• Able to work in a fast paced, deadline driven environment.

• Technical affinity is a plus.

• Team oriented mindset and eagerness to learn

• Fluent in English, you work a lot with international suppliers.
