As a Contract Manager, you will provide support on a project-related basis and from a contractual-technical perspective, in executing the contracts DEME has entered into with clients or main contractors and the subcontracts and supply agreements thereunder.

We are seeking an experienced Data Specialist with a strong background in Marine Engineering or GME, ideally with sailing experience on dredging vessels. This role involves managing, analyzing, and ensuring the integrity of technical and operational data for our fleet. Proficiency with Maximo is a plus and will be beneficial for effective asset management and maintenance planning. Knowledge of Functional Hierarchy and Setup Planned Maintenance System (PMS) is highly desirable.

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic SENIOR Project Manager to lead and manage dredging projects, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to budget, tendering, commercials and compliance with safety and quality standards. The role also includes supporting activities related to tendering and winning new dredging contracts.

As a Project QHSE-, you'll be part of the site team on one of our offshore projects around the world. You'll be responsible for maintaining and monitoring QHSE-S practices, inspecting activities and equipment, and ensuring procedures are properly implemented. You'll help foster a strong safety culture and support operational excellence.

As a Tender Engineer you will play a key role in the preparation and submission of our innovative proposals. You will be part of an international, multidisciplinary team of 6 to 15 members, supported and coached by an experienced Desk or Tender Manager. As a member of the Tender Department, you will be allocated to one or several tender teams and will report for each tender to the Tender Manager. Tender Engineer Seabed Preparation

Job Description Summary

As a Tender Engineer you will play a key role in the preparation and submission of our innovative proposals. You will be part of an international, multidisciplinary team of 6 to 15 members, supported and coached by an experienced Desk or Tender Manager. As a member of the Tender Department, you will be allocated to one or several tender teams and will report for each tender to the Tender Manager. In this position you will collaborate with different parties and you will be the first link to our bright future.

As a Tender Engineer Rock Placement and Landfalls, you will take care of tenders for cable landfalls and also scour protection for Offshore Wind Farms as well as some other offshore projects.

As a Commercial Manager or Tender Manager, you will be responsible for analyzing international tenders and commercial opportunities and managing corresponding project proposals for complex offshore works. Under your leadership, your team shall analyze the project scope, and develop the engineering, the planning and the pricing.

As central point of contact you will establish strong relationships with (potential) clients during the whole process. You will lead and manage a tender team through application of our tender and acquisition processes; you will motivate and empower your tender team members from the various DEME Offshore specialists support departments, such as Engineering, Legal, Insurance, Finance, Project Controls. Through facilitating excellent team communication and efficiency, you will support ownership and maximize innovation, targeting a high-quality tender submission and contract. Finally, you and the tender sponsor will take the lead in tender clarifications and negotiations with clients after the submission of the tenders.
