Are you an organizational talent? Then we have a great challenge for you! Become our new Project Assistant at Logres Business Solutions and contribute to the success of our ERP implementations.

What will you be doing as a Project Assistant?

As a Project Assistant, you will work with clients, consultants. Project Manager and planning on a variety of projects. In this role, you ensure that projects run according to schedule, the overview is monitored, communication is clear and clients always know where they stand.

Your duties and responsibilities

• Establish and manage project schedules, ensuring deadlines and phases are clear;
• Communication with clients prior to and during implementations;
• Prepare, coordinate and co-perform projects and meetings;
• Monitor progress and proactively follow up on actions;
• Processing data in CRM, project and- planning tools.

In short, you ensure that the consultancy team can work optimally and do so with fun, structure and overview.

• An employment position of 24 to 32 hours per week;
• A maximum salary, depending on knowledge and experience, of €4,500 gross per month (based on 40 hours);

What are you taking with you?

You are someone who keeps an overview with a natural drive to get things right, works accurately and thinks in solutions. In addition, you possess:

• • • HBO working and thinking level
    • Proactive attitude, structured and keeps the overview
    • Dexterity with MS Office, Teams and Sharepoint.
    • Experience with planning and project management tools is a plus
    • Good communication skills and feels at home in a dynamic environment with internal and external stakeholders
    • Organizational talent, solution-oriented with a proactive attitude, enthusiasm and accuracy
    • Customer friendly, flexible and stress resistant
    • Decisive and responsible
    • Good command of the Dutch and English languages
