How does the application process work?

After you have applied, we review your CV and motivation. Is there a match? Then we will contact you by phone and schedule an introductory interview with the colleague responsible for the vacancy. Sometimes there is a second interview or a job shadowing day. Are we both enthusiastic? Then you will receive an offer from us and we will discuss the employment conditions together.

How long does the entire application procedure take?

We aim to complete the application process within four weeks, from the moment you apply to the moment you receive an offer. The exact duration depends on your availability and that of our colleagues.

Are there training and career advancement opportunities?

Certainly! We value development. At SealteQ, you can take internal and external courses to further specialize. We are happy to help you grow, whether you are at the beginning of your career or already have experience.

Where can I work at SealteQ?

SealteQ has multiple branches spread across the Netherlands. Additionally, we work at various locations, from bridges and tunnels to monumental buildings and industrial complexes. Depending on your position, you will be active at one fixed location or work on different projects throughout the country.

No, that's not always necessary. We mainly look at your motivation, commitment, and the skills you already have.
