About the role of cook

As a cook with us, you are jointly responsible for the daily operations of the kitchen. You work together with a committed team of three permanent colleagues, supplemented by interns or apprentices. You take care of the quality of our dishes, think about the menu and monitor the structure in the kitchen.

What you will do:

• Preparing and completing mise en place
• Oversee freshness and quality of products
• Independently run shifts
• Contribute to a clean, safe working environment according to HACCP
• Provide creative input for new dishes and concepts
• Think and participate - you are part of the heart of our company

About you

• You have a completed cooking education (MBO level)
• You have experience in an à la carte kitchen
• You work accurately, independently and are a real team player
• You have a passion for cooking and quality products
• You remain calm under pressure and think in solutions
• Do you have a teaching certificate, BHV or Social Hygiene? If so, that's a nice touch!
