Are you experienced in SAP Sales and Distribution and you like designing and supporting efficient SD and EDI related flows in collaboration with our Commerce & Marketing Business Community and other IT cross-functional teams? Then this is your chance to join the Global IT Operations - Functional Applications Management Team at Perfetti Van Melle.

What you will do

Your responsibilities consist of:

• Ensure the availability, stability, and performance of IT-driven business functionalities within the Commerce & Marketing domain which also includes Sales and Distribution EDI flows.
• Support SAP and non-SAP applications around our SAP ECC and S/4 core systems primarily focused on continuous improvement, but also dealing with standard changes and incidents.
• Become a Global Template Custodian by collaborating with Business stakeholders, other Global/Regional IT Departments and external managed service providers to safeguard the Global Template developed in our SAP S/4 and Business transformation program.
• Act as subject matter expert for assigned applications
• Support SAP and non-SAP Upgrade cycles.
• Onboard and coach new team members.
• Participate in the coordination of the service desk demand in collaboration with other team members.

What we need from you

Our candidate offers:

• At least 5 years of experience in IT Operations, including 2-3 full-cycle SAP SD implementations.

• Strong expertise in SAP SD configuration within ECC and S/4HANA, and solid EDI knowledge across Sales, Logistics and Billing processes.

• Team-oriented, proactive and comfortable working in a multicultural and complex system landscape.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT or Business, with excellent communication and documentation skills in English.

• Experience in FMCG, familiarity with MM/FI integration or ABAP, and SAP certifications are a plus.
