Super Micro is looking for a skilled Testing & Rework Technician who enjoys working with technology and solving problems. In this job you don’t just test products—you also analyze, troubleshoot, and repair them.

As a Testing and Rework Technician, you are in charge of the incoming quality control of Super Micro products. You ensure that these products meet quality requirements and shipment deadlines. You have:

• You have basic knowledge of computers, hardware, and operating systems
• You are familiar with Windows Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• You have good technical insight and strong visual inspection skills
• You are able to lift and move heavy products (up to 10 kg)
• You understand common interfaces (USB, LAN, VGA, etc.) and their functions

As a Testing and Rework Technician you combine testing with hands-on rework. You make sure products meet quality standards by identifying, troubleshooting, and repairing defects. Together with your team, you keep processes running smoothly and efficiently.

• Perform testing and rework of PCBA (Printed Circuit Board Assembly) products.
• Conduct software rework, ECO, BIOS, and firmware upgrades.
• Perform testing of motherboards, backplanes, and AOCs.
• Document inspection results and provide feedback on defects to the quality team.
• Follow standard testing procedures and maintain efficiency in a fast-paced production environment.
• Ensure compliance with company and production department policies and procedures.
• Collect and analyze data for process improvements.
