About the job

As Contract Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and implementing contract management on various projects. You work closely with project teams, clients and consortium partners to secure contractual agreements and manage risks. You will contribute to the success of tenders and ensure a strong connection between all stakeholders.

Some of your duties include:

• Act as a central point of contact for clients, consortium partners and internal departments.
• Coordinate contract negotiations and draft contract documents.
• Assess contractual risks and opportunities and respond strategically.
• Monitor compliance with contractual obligations and make adjustments where necessary.
• Ensure implementation of safety, quality and sustainability policies within contracts.
• Evaluate completed projects and translate lessons learned into improvements for future trajectories.
• Support the preparation of VTWs and safeguard the tender budget.

Your profile

• A completed structural engineering degree (e.g. Civil Engineering or Infra).
• Minimum 5 years of ret work experience in the construction industry, preferably with infrastructure projects.
• Excellent negotiation and coordination skills.
• A proactive attitude and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
• Affinity with sustainability and innovative infrastructure solutions.
