Team Lead Sales Support

(32 - 40 hours per week)

The Role

As a Team Lead Sales Support, you are responsible for executing and coordinating all tasks within the Sales Support department. Additionally, you will lead the team and coaching both individuals and the team as a whole is something that comes naturally to you. You also take part in the daily activities of the department. You will report to the Sales Manager Retail Benelux.

Your key responsibilities:

• You coach your team to maintain a high level of service, develop their commercial skills, improve processes, and optimize administrative tasks.
• You are responsible for the sales support department and manage a team of 4 colleagues.
• Together with your colleagues, you serve as the first point of contact for customers regarding inquiries about quotes, deliveries, orders, invoices, and other sales-related matters. You solve problems hands-on and to the customer's satisfaction, as we strive for the best customer satisfaction.
• You take part in the day-to-day operations of the department.
• You recognize sales opportunities and create sales leads.
• You support our account managers in the broadest sense of the word.
• You manage and process customer data in our system.

Profile of the Ideal Candidate:

An enthusiastic and service-oriented personality with:

• Good command of Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
• HBO work and thinking level with at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Great attention to detail, precise work ethic, and strong communication skills.
• A true people manager who gains energy from further developing your team, identifying bottlenecks, and making them discussable internally.
• A customer- and service-oriented team player.
• An affinity for interior textiles.
