Skills Trainer

As a skills trainer, you play an important role within our structural work department. You coach and train your colleagues on the job, ensuring that construction activities are carried out safely, efficiently, and according to schedule. You actively work alongside the team on the floor and support colleagues in improving work methods and technical skills. This makes you a key link between execution, quality, and development.

What will you do?

• Coaching and guiding employees during construction activities
• Onboarding new colleagues according to work and safety instructions
• Explaining technical drawings and measurements
• Monitoring quality, safety, and technical execution
• Providing hands-on training and on-the-job guidance
• Encouraging efficient use of tools and materials
• Documenting and reporting progress and learning development
