Corporate M&A Manager

About the job

Als Corporate M&A Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor het identificeren, analyseren en uitvoeren van strategische fusies, overnames en samenwerkingen. Je werkt nauw samen met het senior management, de CFO en andere sleutelfiguren binnen de groep. Je begeleidt het volledige M&A-traject, van eerste screening tot integratie.

Some of your duties include:

• Uitbouwen en ondersteunen van de M&A-strategie van APK Group.
• Spotten van potentiële acquisitiekansen in lijn met de strategische doelen.
• Uitvoeren van financiële analyses, waarderingen en due diligence.
• Ondersteunen bij onderhandelingen en opmaak van transactiedocumentatie.
• Afstemmen met interne stakeholders en externe partijen (juridisch, financieel, technisch).
• Begeleiden van post-merger integratie samen met lokale teams.

Your profile

• Masterdiploma in economie, financiën, rechten of bedrijfskunde.
• 5 à 10 jaar ervaring in M&A (corporate, private equity, …)
• Uitstekende analytische en financiële skills.
• Zelfstandig, discreet en proactief.
• Bekwaam in stakeholdermanagement op groepsniveau.
• Talenkennis: Nederlands en Engels vereist; Frans is een plus.
• Bereid tot occasioneel reizen binnen de groep.
