> Optimize and professionalize collaborations with external suppliers.

> Create synergy between procurement and production by strategically utilizing both our in-house facility and external suppliers.

> Source and onboard new suppliers effectively.

> Visit and audit suppliers, focusing on ensuring quality, encouraging continuous improvement, and enabling sustainability and innovation.

> Create internal support by keeping teams informed about new suppliers, developments, and procurement advantages.

> Foster a culture where collaboration, continuous improvement, and innovation are central.

> Identify opportunities for sustainable and innovative solutions, both externally and internally.

> Negotiate prices and terms with both external suppliers and internal production partners.

What do you bring?

> A Bachelor's degree (HBO level) or equivalent work experience.

> Strong interpersonal and motivational skills-you're a natural relationship builder.

> Analytical thinking, structured working, and a problem-solving mindset come naturally to you.

> You take initiative, make decisive choices, and focus on results.

> Solid knowledge of contract management and strong negotiation skills.

> You stay up to date on the latest developments in procurement.

> Affinity with production processes and the ability to critically assess both internal and external production performance.

> Knowledge of and affinity with ESG themes and innovation, to help take Tchai to the next level.
