To strengthen our ambitious European Trade Marketing team we are currently looking for an energetic, highly motivated and hands-on Trade Marketeer to support our Trade Marketing team in all categories and take on several projects.

Your mission

As Trade Marketeer it is your mission to drive the trade marketing strategy of our brands Maxi-Cosi, Bebeconfort, Safety1st, Tiny Love and BabyArt.

As part of your role, you will provide support and localization for the roll-out of trade marketing materials, acting as a project manager for their development. You will strive for operational excellence by optimizing processes and ensuring efficient execution. By merging the consumer experience and customer channels, you will implement strategic POS-packages and in-store displays to maximize sell-out while aligning with overall business objectives. Your efforts will enhance the effectiveness of our trade marketing, contributing to increased sales at our retailers and e-tailers.

You will work together with various departments and report to the Trade Marketing Manager. The position is part of the European Trade Marketing team and is based in Helmond, The Netherlands. You will be part of a young and ambitious team with the mission to bring the shopper experience of Maxi-Cosi to another level. Key responsibilities

• Project manager for the operational handling of all trade marketing retail tools.
• Deliver a best-in-class instore experience with a European point-of-sale approach.
• Support the development of instore trade marketing materials (POS-packages and instore displays) to fully support our product launches for our smaller product categories.
• Drive our brands for optimal shopping experience via an omnichannel approach.
• Keep in close contact with the local marketing teams to understand their market and make sure the trade tools are in line with their needs.
• Master the annual trade marketing EU calendar in which you keep track of your projects and campaigns for your product categories.
• Ensure the master content for trade of all related products are complete and available in our Content Management System.
• Support on operational processes such as: Salesforce, article code creation, intercompany ordering etc.

Your profile

• You are a creative and pragmatic worker and possess strong project management skills.

• Bachelor or Master degree in marketing, sales or related.
• You posess a few years of relevant trade marketing experience, preferably in an international (matrix) environment.
• You live within travelling distance from our Helmond (NL) office.
• A confident self-starter with positive energy, a team player with the ability to work pragmatic and independently. Sales savvy is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; fluency in English is a must as you will develop, write and manage marketing content in English. Any other languages are a plus.
• Good communication and alignment skills.

What we offer

• A at market level salary based on your experience and knowledge, with room to grow.
• This is a position for 32 to 40 hours per week, depending on your preferences.
• You will first receive an annual contract with a probation time of one month.
• You are eligible for a 13th month every year.
• The option to work hybrid up to 3 days, with 2 joint office days.
• The annual leave entitlements consist of 28 vacation days in the case of full-time employment.
• Extensive retirement plan.
• Other terms include travel expenses, use of a laptop and telephone if required, option to purchase extra holiday hours, Bicycle Plan and collective health insurance.
