Wat je gaat doen

As a logistiek medewerker at GLS in Utrecht, you will contribute to the smooth operation of our logistics processes. Working in a dynamic environment, you’ll play a key role in ensuring that packages are sorted, loaded, and delivered on time and in excellent condition. This role requires physical effort, attention to detail, and teamwork, with shifts primarily during the night (20:00-04:30). What You Will Do:

• Sort: accurately and efficiently process packages for further distribution.
• Load and unload: carefully handle trucks to ensure a smooth flow of goods.
• Inspect: check packages for damages and report any irregularities.
• Collaborate: work closely with your team to maintain an organized and safe workspace.
• Prepare: ready shipments for transport to their next destination.

• Gross hourly wage of €14.80 (excluding allowances).
• Temporary contract with the prospect of a permanent position.
• Flexible hours: part-time from 16 hours to full-time 40 hours.
• Shift allowances: 8.75% after 20:00, 11.25% after 00:00.
• Good pension scheme and holiday allowance.
• Free shuttle service from Utrecht Central Station.

Functie-eisen

We are looking for a motivated and flexible team player ready to thrive in a dynamic logistics environment.

• Willing to work day shifts (10:00-19:00).
• Available immediately for at least 16 hours per week.
• Experience in logistics is a plus, not mandatory.
• Fluent in Dutch and/or English.
• Comfortable working in a cold environment.
