For a modern food production facility in Son en Breugel, we are looking for a Sausage Production Operator who ensures smooth operations and guarantees that all products meet the highest quality standards.

What will you do?

As a Sausage Production Operator, you are responsible for your production line in a cold working environment. You ensure that the line runs efficiently and that your colleagues are well instructed. Your main tasks include:

• Operating, setting up, adjusting, and cleaning the sausage production line

• Independently resolving minor machine malfunctions

• Executing the production plan and recording production data

• Monitoring quality, order, cleanliness, and food safety (HACCP)

• Instructing and supervising colleagues on the line

• Complying with health, safety, and company regulations

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a candidate with proven experience in production. You also have:

• Demonstrable experience as an operator in food production (preferably in a sausage production facility or similar environment)

• Technical insight and experience with production equipment

• Knowledge of HACCP and food safety, or the willingness to learn quickly

• Good command of Dutch or English

• A critical and solution-oriented mindset

• Availability for a 2-shift system (06:30-14:30 & 14:30-22:30, Monday to Saturday)

What do we offer?

• Salary between €2,857 and €3,566 gross per month (based on 38 hours per week and depending on experience)
