As the Beverage Application Manager for Benelux , you will lead a talented technical team that brings Givaudan's beverage solutions to life. With passion, curiosity, and an understanding of our customers, you will improve technical excellence, inspire innovation, and strengthen our market presence across the Benelux.

You will translate customer needs into value‑adding beverage solutions, leading your team ensure a seamless, collaborative experience for our customers and partners.

You will be based in Naarden and reporting directly to the Technical Manager Benelux.

In this exciting role you will:

• Lead with passion and purpose - Manage the Beverage Application team with a clear strategic vision.
• Guide customer focus - Act as the technical expert and trusted partner for main customers; translate insights into beverage solutions and deliver experiences that enforce relationships and improve sustainable growth.
• Foster collaboration and partnership - Work with Commercial, Marketing and Creation & Sensory Insights teams to co‑create value and ensure successful project execution from idea to launch.
• Champion innovation and technology - Encourage adoption of new tools, methods, and technologies to enhance product performance, and sensory impact. Prioritize innovations that differentiate Givaudan and position us as the partner of choice.
• Promote inclusion and growth - Lead by example in creating a culture that values diversity, respect, and empowerment. Develop personal and team potential through feedback and recognition.
• Engage externally with impact - Represent Givaudan during customer visits, presentations, and co‑development sessions across Benelux. Use strategic insight to strengthen partnerships, uncover new growth opportunities and position Givaudan as a leader in beverage innovation.
• Deliver operational excellence - Ensure a safe, well‑organized, and compliant laboratory aligned with EH&S and Food Safety standards; embed quality, traceability and accountability in all operations.

Your professional profile includes:

• A bachelor or Master's degree in Food Science, Chemistry, or a related field
• Experience (typically 7+ years) in beverage development, flavour applications or product formulation within the food or flavour industry
• Expert in leading complex teams, able to create clarity, motivating teams, and managing performance
• Strong cross‑functional collaboration and project management skills
• Technical depth in beverage formulation and sensory evaluation, supported by a creative and solution‑oriented mindset
• Experienced in seeing the big picture, anticipating trends, and aligning actions with long‑term business goals
• Expert in communicating and presenting in front of different stakeholders and customers
• Business fluency in English; as an advantage additional language skills
• Availability for travel across the Benelux region
