As Production Team Leader you ensure a smooth production process - from handover to final delivery - and you report directly to the Manager Operations. You lead a team of skilled professionals, safeguard quality and work closely with colleagues from Work Preparation, QA/QC, Warehouse and other departments. With your technical insight and connecting leadership, you take our assembly and welding processes to the next level.

What will you do?

In this role, you manage a team of aluminium plate and construction workers, welders and industrial painters - from vocational students to experienced foremen. You guide, coach, organise and maintain oversight of daily production. You ensure structure, safety and a pleasant working environment. Your tasks include:

• Planning, organising and supervising assembly and construction activities.
• Leading, coaching and developing employees.
• Identifying bottlenecks and implementing improvements.
• Monitoring compliance with work procedures and quality standards.
• Coordinating material availability in cooperation with the warehouse.
• Working closely with Work Preparation, Purchasing, QA/QC, fellow Team Leaders and the Warehouse.
• Managing the production process: from handover by Work Preparation to delivery to the transporter.
• Preparing reports, monitoring time registration and supporting invoice checks.
• Reporting to the Manager Operations on progress, staffing levels, quality and improvement actions.

What do you bring?

• You are a connecting leader with an eye for both technology and people.
• A completed secondary vocational (mbo level 4) or bachelor's (hbo) degree in a technical field.
• Experience in a supervisory role within assembly or production environments.
• Knowledge of aluminium constructions, sheet metal work and welding techniques (IWT certification is an advantage).
• Strong skills in planning, organising and motivating teams.
• Strong communication skills in both Dutch and English.
• A hands-on mentality with a focus on quality, safety and efficiency.
• You are available full time.
