Your mission

We have an exciting opportunity for you to join the world's largest juvenile goods manufacturer, home to beloved brands such as Maxi‑Cosi, Tiny Love, and Safety 1st.

As a CRM Marketeer at Dorel Juvenile, you'll play a key role in driving our company's performance. We're looking for someone who thrives on creating meaningful consumer experiences, works with a strongly consumer‑centric mindset, and is passionate about maximizing customer lifetime value.

In this role, you will be part of our Digital Marketing team, based at the European head office in Helmond. We are an energetic and ambitious group responsible for all digital activities for our A‑brands across Europe. You truly understand our consumers and their journeys, enabling us to deliver an optimal experience that strengthens loyalty and builds long‑term value.

Key responsibilities

• You understand our consumer journey and will create and build relevant and effective marketing automation campaigns.
• Take a leading role within the CRM team during the NPI (New Product Introduction) meetings.
• Keeping the campaign calendar up to date in alignment with other marketing campaigns within Dorel Juvenile.
• Increase consumer satisfaction levels and steer, monitor and report to improve KPI's and increase our Customer Lifetime Value.
• Bring innovative CRM best practices to life and build a better consumer experience for your expertise and within our overall digital omnichannel approach.
• You are the bridge between the technical CRM aspects and the creative process of building relevant e-mail campaigns. You are the creator within the CRM team and know exactly what designs appeal.
• Test, analyze, and optimize campaigns through A/B testing and performance analysis.

Your profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or another relevant discipline.
• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in CRM, online marketing or marketing automation.
• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or with a comparable ESP or CDP platform, is considered a strong advantage. However, candidates who demonstrate a positive attitude, a proactive approach, and a strong willingness to learn are equally encouraged to apply.
• The same applies to experience in e-mail marketing, campaign management, database management, HTML or familiarity with online marketing trends. Experience in these areas is a big plus!
• Experience with creating content and the designing part of e-mail marketing using Canva, Photoshop, etc.
• You have an interest in and a talent for the technical aspects of CRM.
• You possess strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
• You are organized and structured and have a can-do mentality.
• You are proactive, great at communicating, and naturally quick at learning new things.
• Depending on your learning curve, you will gradually take responsibility for managing your own campaigns. As a team, we are still expanding our activities. Growing towards message‑based marketing, working in a more data‑driven way, or collaborating more closely with the broader marketing team are all possible directions for your development.
• You are based within commuting distance of Helmond, or you're open to relocating for the role. If relocation is part of your plan, we kindly ask you to note this in your CV or motivation letter.

Please note that this vacancy is for a locally hired position. As such, we have a strong preference for candidates already based in the Netherlands. • A salary up to €3.500 based on your experience and knowledge, with room to grow.
• This is a full-time position for 40 hours per week, depending on your preferences.
• You will first receive an annual contract with a probation time of one month.

• The option to work hybrid with 2 days on-site in Helmond.
