What are you going to do?

Valuation

: You'll perform detailed financial analyses and valuations to accurately determine the value of companies. This includes assessing balance sheet structures, profitability, and growth potential, so you can present a realistic picture of the value.

Takeover candidates

: You identify and approach suitable buyers or sellers by carefully analyzing the strategic fit. You research companies that could benefit from the acquisition or sale and approach them tactically to make the right match.

Information memoranda

: You'll draft information memoranda and other key transaction documents crucial to the process. These documents are essential for clearly communicating the company's value and informing potential buyers about the opportunities.

Market and competitive analysis

: You'll conduct in-depth market and competitor analyses to identify strategic opportunities for our clients. You'll study trends and competitive dynamics to gain valuable insights that strengthen our clients' decision-making.

Customer contact

: You'll support client meetings and negotiations, helping to achieve the best results for the client. You'll act as a bridge between the client and the other parties involved, with the goal of a successful transaction.

Pitches

: You'll develop creative and compelling pitches for potential clients. You'll ensure the pitch aligns with the client's specific needs and emphasizes the benefits of the proposed plan.

Who are you?

You are ambitious, analytically strong, and results-oriented. You also recognize yourself in the following characteristics:

• A completed university degree in finance, business administration, economics or a similar field.
• 0-4 years of relevant work experience in mergers & acquisitions, valuations, private equity, consulting, banking, or accounting.
• Excellent analytical skills and an eye for detail.
• Strong commercial insight and excellent social skills.
• Fluent command of the Dutch language, both spoken and written.
• Proactive and entrepreneurial work attitude, with a focus on quality and collaboration.
