Are you analytically strong and passionate about data, optimisation, and technology? Do you thrive on helping organisations make smarter decisions using advanced models and insights? Then we're looking for you: an experienced Consultant Analytics & Modelling who can truly make an impact.

In this role, you'll lead or collaborate on projects across diverse sectors such as FMCG, government, retail, healthcare, and manufacturing. You'll work on challenges like supply chain strategy, process optimisation, forecasting, resource planning, and AI-driven decision-making. Whether independently or in a team, you'll develop optimisation models, apply machine learning, ensure data quality, and shape data-driven strategies that deliver real business value.

You'll use proven methodologies such as Operations Research and tools like Python, SQL, R, and more to support your work. Beyond technical expertise, you'll also serve as a strategic sparring partner for clients, helping bridge the gap between business and data science.

Your contribution goes beyond individual projects. You're energised by building a strong, collaborative team. You actively share knowledge, expand your network, write thought leadership pieces, and organise knowledge sessions - all helping to grow both our field and our company.

Key Qualifications

• You have at least 5 years' work experience in a role as (advanced) analytics consultant, data scientist, data engineer, decision scientist or similar roles, preferably within consultancy or data-driven organisations;
• You have a strong profile in data analytics, mathematical modelling, machine learning and/or optimisation issues;
• You are familiar with methodologies such as Operations Research and have experience with tools such as Python, SQL, R, Power BI and Tableau;
• You have a relevant client network and can provide references from similar assignments;
• You have a clear vision, are eager to learn and actively contribute to knowledge sharing and team development;
• You communicate easily at different levels - from data engineers to management.

What does working at Supply Value look like?

At Supply Value, you will independently or collaboratively execute projects for clients in various sectors. Your work may include:

• Performing process analyses and redesigning workflows;

• Implementing improvements in supply chains, production, or logistics;

• Working on challenges such as demand forecasting, inventory optimization, production planning, warehouse efficiency, and end-to-end chain optimization.

In addition to your client work, you play a key role in the further development of Supply Value by contributing to propositions, guiding colleagues, and sharing knowledge through publications, events, and internal initiatives.

Our offer

• Salary indication: €3,775 - € 8.375 gross per month, depending on experience and education.
• Electric company car or NS Business Card. Possibility to work hybridly.
• Permanent contract from the start, with a probation period of 2 months.
• 25 vacation days (with the option to purchase 5 additional days).
