All-Round Production Employee / Injection Moulding Operator

What will you do?

As a Production Employee / Injection Moulding Operator, you play a key role in ensuring an efficient production process and delivering high-quality packaging solutions. You'll work closely with a motivated team and contribute to the success of our operations. Your tasks will include:

• Packing finished products
• Checking and recording quality standards
• Operating and adjusting injection moulding machines
• Keeping your workspace clean and safe

What we're looking for:

• A responsible and detail-oriented team player
• Someone who works accurately and stays focused
• Problem-solving and result-driven mindset
• Willingness to learn and grow within the company
• Ready to work in a 3-shift and/or 5-shift system
• Open to internal, company-specific training
