Account Manager - ista Netherlands, Randstad region

At ista Netherlands, we are in the middle of a growth phase. We build long-term customer relationships, strengthen our position in the real estate market and accelerate our contribution to sustainable and smart energy solutions. To further shape our growth in the Randstad, we are looking for an experienced Account Manager for this region.

In this role, you are the face of ista towards our customers in the Randstad. You know how to identify and seize commercial opportunities, and understand how to add value in complex real estate environments. With your experience, you build sustainable partnerships, where you not only advise, but really think along about smart energy and consumption solutions. You will take a seat in ista's Account Management team and report to the commercial director.

• Managing and further expanding existing customer relationships in the Randstad, with a focus on property managers, VvEs, housing corporations and commercial property owners.
• Managing relationships on both operational and strategic levels.
• Identifying new commercial opportunities and translating them into concrete propositions and contracts.
• Advising customers on smart metering services, energy efficiency and sustainability.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Technology, Billing, and Customer Service) to ensure the best customer experience.
• Contributing to regional and national sales strategies and market development.

  You have an MBO 4 or HBO working and thinking level, preferably in a financial, administrative or technical direction.

  You quickly master new situations and have strong analytical skills, which allows you to quickly understand complex data and billing issues.

  You preferably have experience with invoicing, administration or data processing and can process and control data accurately and in a structured way.

  You are customer-oriented, communicative (by telephone and in writing) and solution-oriented, even with difficult or deviating invoice questions in which you have to stand firm.

  You work proactively: you take initiative, actively think along with customers and identify opportunities for improvement in processes.

  You work accurately, have an eye for detail and take responsibility for the quality of your work.

  You preferably have experience with ERP or invoicing systems, or you quickly master new systems.

  You are stress-resistant and can manage peak pressure well, for example during billing cycles.
