Van Heek Medical is a supplier of high-quality medical products, specialising in wound, continence, diabetes and acute (first aid and BHV) care. We offer a wide range of brands, including our own brands such as Heka, Hekura, Hekamed, Betica and Decifera. These products are developed based on the latest insights in healthcare.

Van Heek is an informal company, with short lines of communication and where all colleagues work from the same location. In this position, you will work in an energetic team of 6 colleagues (including yourself), who work together a lot and intensively, and where everyone's contribution is appreciated.

Van Heek Medical is part of Mosadex, a total supplier and market leader in public pharmacy. Together, we provide our services to more than 11 million patients and consumers in the Netherlands.

What will you do with us?

• As a commercial assistant, you are the liaison between our customers and account managers. You ensure that our account managers are well prepared to visit our customers. Thanks to your keen eye and support, you will be a full sparring partner and help them turn every assignment into a success. Furthermore, you offer commercial support to our B2B customers, you are back-up for the customer group medical specialty shops and (where necessary) you support colleagues responsible for the customer groups pharmacists and/or Belgium.

  Werkzaamheden waar je mee te maken krijgt zijn onder andere:

  • Handling quotations, pricing, contract and account management

  • Coordinating (some) commercial projects

  • Working in/with various systems, including our CRM system, Excel and PowerBI

  • Customer contact via (especially) mail and the telephone. This contact consists of informing, advising and guiding various customers

  • Reading, analysing and using reports in PowerBI such as for calculating margins and consulting with account managers

• A starting salary of up to €3500, based on the knowledge and experience you bring.
