German Sales Account Manager for Renewable energy

Greenbuddies is a private photovoltaic and electric vehicle charging infrastructure service provider group based in Prague, Czech Republic. We deal with combined partial as well as complete solutions in the field of construction and installation of photovoltaic systems for corporate clients.
In order to strengthen our business activities in Germany, we are looking for a competent colleague for the position Sales Executive: So, if you are a German-speaking individual living in the Netherlands who is willing to commute to our Eindhoven office at least two or three times a week, please send us your CV in English!

Job Position Description
I. Main tasks
- Responsibility for business activities of Greenbuddies in Germany, business development and sales
- Participate in the preparation of the annual sales plan
- Identification of target segments and customers
- Search for suitable customers with project opportunities in the target segments
- Achieve revenue and gross margin targets in defined segments across Germany according to approved sales plan
- Analyze market price levels, market research
- Collaborate with headquarters on proposal preparation.
II. Additional responsibilities
- Analysis of current government funding programs
- Contact and account management (key account management) of existing clients
- Support of current projects
III. Your profile
- High business ethics and moral profile
- Proven business results
- proactive approach, independence, ability to find solutions by yourself
- commercial, technical or business education
- ideal practice from projects in the renewable energy sector
- excellent communication skills German / English
- willingness to be largely dependent on rewards for actual results achieved
- standard PC user skills
- Willingness to travel throughout Germany, occasionally to Prague
IV. KPI's:
- Actual total sales in Germany vs. budget
- Actual gross margin vs. budget
- Actual OPEX expenses vs. budget
- Number of EPC and non/EPC projects in pipeline for the next 12 months vs. defined outlook
External collaboration on an enterpreneural basis with a fixed component until the purpose of collaboration is fulfilled
