As a picker-packer at Geodis, you will contribute to the smooth operation of our logistics processes in Venlo. Your role involves handling customer orders with precision, ensuring timely and accurate processing of goods. Working in a dynamic and supportive team, you’ll face challenges such as maintaining accuracy under time constraints and adhering to safety protocols. Your experience in logistics, ability to work independently, and attention to detail will be key to excelling in this position.

What You Will Do:

• Orderpicking: collecting products accurately based on customer orders
• Packing and packaging: preparing items securely for shipment
• Inspecting: checking products for quality and ensuring correct quantities
• Sorting: organizing orders for dispatch
• Following safety guidelines: maintaining a safe and organized workspace

We are seeking a dependable and proactive team player with a passion for logistics and a commitment to accuracy.

• Minimum 1 year experience in logistics or warehouse roles
• Proficiency in Dutch, English, and/or German
• Physically fit for standing and lifting tasks
• Experience with scanners and basic computer systems
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
