WHAT YOU WILL DO AS Work Planner

As a Work Planner, you play an important role in the success of our projects.

You coordinate the workflow, ensure efficient planning, and organise the purchasing and logistics of materials.

You translate technical drawings into Bill of Materials (BOM lists) and make sure they are implemented correctly in our ERP system (Exact).

You also support periodic checks to ensure everything is up-to-date and correctly executed.

Your responsibilities include:

• Preparing and checking work orders and production instructions
• Creating, entering and maintaining accurate BOM lists (Exact)
• Analysing calculations and identifying cost-saving opportunities
• Creating and maintaining detailed production planning
• Checking technical drawings and BOM lists
• Preparing work orders and inspecting incoming materials
• Coordinating the planning between departments and external partners
• Supporting meetings and collaborating with various stakeholders to align project execution

WHO YOU ARE AS Work Planner

• Completed MBO diploma in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering or a related field
• 3-4 years of relevant experience in work preparation or technical coordination
• Strong administrative skills and the ability to read and understand technical drawings
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to structure and plan multiple tasks
• A practical and solution-driven mindset - you enjoy solving problems and take initiative
• Strong communication skills and a flexible, proactive attitude
• Ability to work accurately and take responsibility for your work
