Are you our new service expert, who will help us go the extra mile?

At Swapfiets , we're on a mission to make biking the easy, sustainable choice for everyone. We keep our members on the go by providing a high-quality ride including free check-ups and repairs. Ready to join the ride of your life?

• A salary of €16,32 per hour;

• Our regular team meetings always include food/drinks and a good time, while we also do bigger team events!

• We offer a lot of responsibility, challenging and dynamic work;

• Training opportunities and growth possibilities within Swapfiets (you can even move cities or countries with us!)

• A discount for an Urban Sports Club subscription;

• No seasonal work - we work all year round!

• A fun working culture with flat hierarchies and a tight-knit team!

Do you know the city like the back of your hand? Are you a multi-tasker who can be friendly to a customer while driving through the city in our Swapcar? Are you looking for a cool, flexible job at a fast-growing scale-up?

• As a Swapper your job is to drive around by van, car or bike delivering bikes to our customers and helping them repair their bike on-site;

• Perform easy on-site repairs of Swapfiets bikes;

• Drive basket value by offering additional products that are desired by our members;

• In possession of a driver's license (for a minimum period of 6 months);

• Available to work a minimum of 16hours per week on weekdays;

• Understand and speak English and/or Dutch;

• Affinity with bikes and service;

• Whether working independently or as part of a team, you always work successfully!;
