Sales Development Representative, Contractor

Location: Netherlands, remote after training, with in person sessions in Hellevoetsluis during ramp up

Hours: 24 to 40 per week

Contract: Self employed ZZP, one paid trial day, 4 months trial engagement, then longer term if there is mutual fit

On target earnings: 35,000 euro, uncapped upside

Book meetings with cold leads. Use our resources, sequences, and tools. Move qualified opportunities to the account executive.

Responsibilities

Qualify interest and book meetings on calendar

  • Execute daily outbound across email, phone, and LinkedIn
  • Personalize outreach using our ICP definitions and assets
  • Run multi step sequences and iterate based on metrics
  • Maintain clean CRM data and report pipeline movement

During training, attend at least three in person training sessions in Hellevoetsluis, more if useful. After training, work is fully remote.

Requirements

  • Based in the Netherlands, able to travel to Hellevoetsluis for training sessions and the trial day
  • Track record in B2B outbound, software or engineering context preferred
  • Strong written and spoken English, Dutch is a plus
  • Process discipline, metric ownership, independent execution
  • Self employed ZZP with valid work authorization

Compensation

All expenses paid one day trial, one day of outbound work with coaching and feedback.

Training period, first one to two months

  • Fixed base of 1,000 euro per month excluding VAT to cover initial expenses
  • 300 euro excluding VAT per qualified meeting booked that meets our criteria

After ramp up, when you consistently generate qualified meetings

  • 300 euro excluding VAT per qualified meeting, no base retainer

Indicative earnings

  • For example, ten qualified meetings in a month yields 3,000 euro excluding VAT
  • On target earnings assume a realistic volume of qualified meetings, with upside for consistent high volume
