We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Project Manager to join our fast-growing, high-tech team. • 2 - 4 years of project management experience, ideally in a tech or startup environment
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence and lead without authority.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly and embrace change in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you'll be responsible for developing and maintaining detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations. You'll identify and manage risks, dependencies, and potential roadblocks-always staying one step ahead with proactive solutions. Regular communication is key, so you'll facilitate status meetings and stakeholder updates to keep everyone informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle.You'll also monitor project performance, analyze outcomes, and adjust strategies as needed to meet business objectives. As part of our Project Management Office, you'll ensure all projects adhere to established standards and documentation practices while contributing to the ongoing improvement of our PMO processes, tools, and best practices.

We're looking for someone who brings clarity, structure, and energy to every project-a confident communicator who can balance strategic vision with day-to-day execution.
