Are you someone who likes to be in contact with people, likes variety and is looking for a nice, social part-time position? Then this could just be a very good match.

For our organization, we are looking for two part-time employees to support us with member services and administrative activities.

About us

At NIKKI, we relieve sports clubs in the Netherlands in terms of contribution management. Personal contact is key to us, both internally and externally. Every day, we are available for clubs and their members to answer questions and solve problems.

Our team consists of enthusiastic colleagues who enjoy working together and bringing new ideas. We work in a fun and energetic work culture, with short lines of communication so that we can switch quickly and find each other easily.

What are you going to do?

In this role, you are an important point of contact for our members and customers. Your activities are varied and include:

Who are you?

You largely recognize yourself in the following:

• You have 2 to 5 years of experience in a position with customer contact and/or hospitality

• You have at least an MBO level 3 or HAVO diploma

• You enjoy helping people and talking to people

• You work accurately and love structure

• You have strong communication skills, both orally and in writing

• You are friendly, reliable and service-oriented

• You are looking for a part-time job (3 to 4 days a week)
