Responsibilities

Are you passionate about creating unforgettable breakfast experiences? The Amstel Hotel is looking for a talented Breakfast to join our renowned kitchen team. If you have the skills and creativity to wow our guests with every dish, we want you!

Your role in our culinary adventure:

• The preparation and production of all parts of the various breakfast products
• Preparing and preparing staff meals
• Contributing to the development of dishes and components in consultation with the Executive Sous Chef & Chef de Cuisine
• Responsible for the production of the afternoon mise en place on request
• Ordering and converting products in batch by means of daily stock lists
• Arranging cooking procedures, portioning, garnishing and presentation of all dishes

Requirements

• Teamplayer
• Knowledge or passion for luxury and hospitality

• Flexible
• Good knowledge of the Dutch and English language
• Achieved a MBO Level 3 cooking education
• Work experience of minimum one year in a similar position
