As Brand & Marketing Director, you will be the driving force behind how WE Fashion shows up in the world. You will lead the full creative and marketing organization from campaign ideation to content creation, from in-store communication to digital performance, ensuring every touchpoint feels unmistakably WE®.

YOU WORK FOR WE®

As Brand & Marketing Director, you will define and implement a compelling long-term brand and marketing strategy that strengthens WE®'s position in the European fashion landscape. You'll partner closely with our CEO and Creative Director to connect brand, product, and culture making sure our collections not only look great, but mean something to our customers. This is a role for someone who's both visionary and operationally sharp: a fast-thinking leader who thrives in a dynamic retail environment, managing multiple projects and teams at once, while keeping a clear eye on quality, timing, and impact.

What you'll do:

• Lead the brand - Define and execute a powerful brand and marketing strategy that elevates WE®'s presence across Europe.
• Inspire creativity - Guide a multidisciplinary in-house team of approximately 28 colleagues spanning brand, creative, studio, content, and media to deliver bold, fashion-forward campaigns and content.
• Shape every touchpoint - Oversee all creative output, from photo and video shoots to social media, retail visuals, and e-commerce storytelling.
• Drive performance - Lead a media and performance team that combines storytelling with data-driven impact (SEO, SEA, and paid media).
• Collaborate with product - Work closely with our Creative Director to ensure product design and brand expression move in perfect harmony.
• Run a tight ship - Keep projects on track, teams aligned, and timelines under control, without ever compromising creative quality.

Who you are:

• A senior marketing or brand leader with 10+ years of experience in fashion, lifestyle, or consumer brands.
• A natural brand builder, strategic, commercial, and creatively intuitive.
• Highly organised and fast on your feet; you love juggling multiple campaigns and thrive in a fast-paced business.
• A team leader who inspires others and creates a culture of excellence and collaboration.
• Deeply attuned to fashion and culture, you know how to turn trends into emotion and relevance.
• A confident communicator, comfortable influencing at executive level and collaborating across departments.
• Fluent in English (Dutch is a plus).
