Responsibilities
Are you passionate about creating unforgettable dining experiences? The Amstel Hotel is looking for a talented Chef de Partie to join our renowned kitchen team. If you have the skills and creativity to wow our guests with every dish, we want you!
Your role in our culinary adventure:
- Craft Delicious Dishes: Prepare and present high-quality dishes that align with our menu and concept.
- Maintain Quality Standards: Ensure the freshness, preparation techniques, and storage of all ingredients meet our high standards.
- Ensure Excellence: Oversee the quality and hygiene of all dishes served.
- Demonstrate Your Culinary Talent: Execute cooking procedures, portioning, garnishing, and presentation with precision and creativity.
- Manage Inventory: Order and manage stock using daily inventory lists.
- Train and Mentor: Guide and develop trainees and apprentices.
- Uphold Food Safety: Adhere to and monitor compliance with HACCP standards and food safety procedures.
- Collaborate with the Team: Foster teamwork and effective communication with other departments.
