We want to tackle skin problems in animals smartly and responsibly so that the use of antibiotics can be reduced. We do this with strong, effective and unique products, for veterinarians with our Maxani brand and for skin and coat professionals in the grooming salon with our DermaGroom brand.

Your role (this is what you will do)

• Order Processing. Enter orders, follow-up with customers, arrange exports.
• Helping Customers. Answer email/phone inquiries and follow through as needed.
• Mailbox maintenance. Keeping track, updating folders, archiving.
• Fairs & events. Arranging booth, materials, registrations, transportation and script.
• Arrange printing.
• Documents management. Monitor the structure of Sharepoint, website, etc.
• Inventory Management. Arranging sample kits and promo materials.
• Team support. Prepare meetings (agenda, minutes, action items), ad hoc help.

This is you

• MBO work and thinking level; experience in front/back office or sales support is fine.
• Neat, service-oriented and approachable; you like to check off lists.
• Handy with the office package.
• You communicate clearly in Dutch; English and German are a plus.
• You plan well, maintain an overview and enjoy taking care of colleagues.
• You have an affinity for animals and their health.
