Our client is looking for a professional immediately available with 5+ years of experience in analytics, insights, strategy, or performance management roles. The contract is till Aug 2026 with the potential of extension based on individual and company's performance.

Description

  • Serve as the main point of contact for both internal teams and external data/service providers, ensuring smooth communication and clear translation of business needs into actionable analytical tasks.
  • Deliver insights in a concise, timely manner and ensure stakeholders fully understand, trust, and use the analytical outputs.
  • Support the company's analytics transformation by enhancing global dashboards, validating performance metrics with markets, and embedding growth models into strategic and IBP processes.
  • Contribute to developing market growth frameworks and help business and brand teams translate data into clear growth opportunities and action plans.
  • Drive global reporting alignment by supporting the implementation of standardized definitions, reducing ambiguity, and enabling a unified "one source of truth.
  • Increase adoption of central reporting tools by organizing trainings, collecting user feedback, and collaborating with data teams on improvements.
  • Use central data sources to support cross‑functional initiatives such as pricing strategy, NRM, and category projects.
  • Lead or support multi‑stakeholder change initiatives, including vendor transitions, contract updates, and tool migrations tied to the 2026 transformation.
  • Manage project scopes, timelines, dependencies, and risks while ensuring strong alignment across Analytics, Finance, Marketing, Procurement, and regional/market CMI teams.

Profile

  • 5+ years in analytics, insights, strategy, or performance management roles
  • Strong exposure to FMCG, retail, or commercial analytics environments
  • Knowledge of external data sources
  • Track record of managing complex, cross-functional initiatives
  • Proven experience operating at senior stakeholder level
  • Understanding of data management in the enterprise context

Job Offer

  • €4000 - €6500 per month based on 40h and experience
  • Contract until Aug 2026 + potential of extension
  • Full-time
  • Hybrid (60%/40%)
  • International environment
