The 'Hard Requirements' at a glance:

• You are native French. There is a strong preference for candidates who were born and raised in France or have lived and worked there for years.
• You are professionally proficient in the English language. Knowledge of Italian or Spanish is a big plus.
• You possess excellent communication skills and a strong service-oriented attitude.
• You are available full-time on short notice and live in the Breda area.

You will ensure that all those delicious Lamb Weston products get from the cold store to the customer. And your customers are located in Southern Europe, with a focus on France. As a Customer Care Representative for the French market, you are responsible for a wide range of tasks:

• You arrange transport planning and create orders and outbound shipments.
• You manage the associated documentation, including credit and debit notes.
• You accurately process orders in SAP.
• You prepare export documentation for customers in Southern Europe, with a focus on the French market.
• You handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints efficiently and customer-friendly.
• You consistently deliver exceptional customer service!
