As VIP Manager at Escape, you ensure a flawless experience for our most exclusive guests while bringing out the best in your team and every night.

Who you are

You have solid experience with VIP service and know exactly what top-level hospitality means

You have a commercial mindset and strong sales skills

You have experience working in a nightclub or similar nightlife venue

You are available on Friday and Saturday nights

You are able to manage and motivate a team effectively
