This role focuses on processing and reviewing HR tickets to ensure accurate, timely, and complete HR administration, so that payroll and personnel records remain compliant with legislation, internal guidelines, and agreed KPI/SLA standards.

Description

• Complete HR related tickets in ServiceNow according to work instructions and SLA.
• Process and verify employee data in HR systems.
• Prepare and manage contracts, letters, and documents according to established processes.
• Respond to second-line inquiries via the ticketing system and occasionally by phone.
• Archive documents in compliance with regulations.
• Identify bottlenecks and suggest process improvements.
• Support testing of new systems or system changes.
• Actively contribute to knowledge sharing and onboarding of new colleagues.

Profile

• Education: Minimum of MBO-4 or equivalent
• 1+ years in administrative roles
• Language: Basic proficiency in business English
• Technical: Microsoft Office. Basic knowledge of HR systems is preferred
• Works accurately and double-checks data
• Works constructively with others and contributes to a positive team atmosphere

Job Offer

• A contract till Dec 2026 with the potential of extension
• 32 - 38 hours a week
• Hybrid mode: 2 days at the office, 3 days at home
• €2600 - €3200 per month based on 40h and experience
• International environment
• Shuttle van from Hoorn Central Station to the office
• Working from home allowance: €2,40
