Where will you be working?

In the IT department, you form the IT Infrastructure team together with 9 system engineers, 2 network engineers and 4 Service Desk employees and the team leaders. Within system administration, we manage +/- 400 Windows servers. With your team you solve operational problems, you are in the lead in projects on which you work together with your colleagues and every now and then you also travel to other Chane locations to meet and collaborate with your colleagues there.

Representative activities

• Implementing and managing our Cyber Security tooling to keep us as secure as possible (XDR, SIEM, Vulnerability Scanning, Security Awareness Training, and testing) in consultation with our Information Security Officer.
• Providing level 2 and 3 support on our infrastructure.
• Optimising and further modernising our infrastructure
• On-site work, e.g. installation and replacement of equipment.
• Documenting and maintaining system documentation.

Requirements

• At least a completed MBO 4 education in the field of IT, preferably HBO.
• At least 5 years of current and demonstrable experience as a System Administrator and therefore a broad experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, Azure, Cloud or hybrid architectures.
• At least Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert and Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, or the knowledge to obtain these certificates within 6 months.
• Experience with Service Management, or an ITIL Foundation certification is desired.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual thinking skills.
• Strong team player who likes to work together with colleagues and other teams to achieve goals.
• Excellent time-management skills to work efficiently on multiple tasks and projects, as well as meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English, both verbally and in writing. You can explain technical matters to non-technical team members in an understandable way.
• In possession of a valid driver's license B
• Willingness to participate in our 24x7 consignment service.
