In de rol van Business Analist Risk & Compliance adviseer en daag je managers en andere stakeholders uit bij het identificeren en beheersen van eerstelijns operationele en compliance risico's binnen onze bedrijfsvoering. Dankzij jouw expertise ben je een inhoudelijke sparringpartner op operationeel niveau en word je geraadpleegd als specialist op het gebied van risicomanagement en compliance.

Wat ga je doen?

• Je voert regie over nationale en internationale control frameworks, monitort de voortgang en adviseert het management over de beheersing van risico's.
• Je ondersteunt én daagt het management uit bij het identificeren van risico's, met focus op het realiseren van bedrijfsdoelstellingen.
• Je stimuleert en bewaakt de implementatie van maatregelen en acties, waaronder control testing, opvolging van auditbevindingen en risk & control issues.
• Je onderhoudt contact met interne stakeholders zoals risk manager & CISO over inhoudelijke vraagstukken.
• Je initieert, coördineert en faciliteert diverse risk assessments op het gebied van operatie, integriteit, privacy en strategie.
• Je bouwt aan het verder ontwikkelen van interne beheersing.
• Je draagt bij aan het opstellen en onderhouden van internationaal beleid, procedures en richtlijnen voor risicobeheersing, en rapporteert over de risico's en issues binnen Bakker.

Jouw achtergrond:

• Minimaal 2-5 jaar ervaring in risk en/of compliance, bij voorkeur in een internationale context;
• Je bent een energieke risicocoördinator met een analytische geest;
• Je geniet van de internationale dimensies en spreekt en schrijft in vloeiend Engels;
• Je hebt vakkennis en met jouw communicatieve vaardigheden en overtuigingskracht breng je de wereld van risk en compliance in verbinding met het klantbelang;
• Je bent je ervan bewust dat de lat die door de maatschappij en toezichthouders wordt gelegd steeds hoger komt te liggen en je anticipeert op deze ontwikkelingen. Je wacht niet op initiatief van toezichthouders, maar beoordeelt sociale trends en issues en neemt zelf het initiatief om ervoor te zorgen dat Bakker voor haar klanten betrouwbaar is. Je hebt hierin een voorbeeldrol en weet anderen te inspireren. Je beheerst dan ook alle facetten van een afgebakend (deel)vakgebied en je bent je bewust van de impact op andere werkprocessen.

Wij bieden:

• Een salaris tussen de €3.350,00 tot €3.950,00 bruto per maand (afhankelijk van ervaring);
• Mogelijkheid tot het bieden van een onbepaalde tijd contract;
• Een functie voor 32-40 uur per week met mogelijkheden tot thuiswerken en werktijden tussen 08.30-17.00 uur;
• 26 vakantiedagen bij een fulltime dienstverband (met mogelijkheid tot bijkopen) en 8% vakantiegeld;
• Secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden: laptop en mobiele telefoon;
• Eindejaarsuitkering van 2% over het bruto jaarsalaris;

Your role as Import & Customs Specialist

As an Import & Customs Specialist, you will play a key role within our Import & Customs team, working closely with colleagues in logistics, procurement, sales and supplier management. You will ensure that the entire process - from supplier shipment to our warehouse in Waddinxveen - runs smoothly, efficiently, and in compliance with Dutch regulations. This is a hands-on role in which you will quickly gain in-depth knowledge of import and customs processes. You will be trained on the job and supported by experienced colleagues, with the opportunity to grow into a fully independent team member managing complex shipments.

What you bring

You are a dedicated professional who is ready to take the next step in your career in the logistics With your hands-on mentality and attention to detail, you will ensure that our purchasing processes run smoothly.

What you bring

• Preferably a Bachelor's degree, or at minimum a completed vocational education (MBO level) with equivalent working and thinking capacity.
• Proficiency in MS Office®; experience with SAP and BI tools is a plus.
• Proactive, flexible, and hands-on mindset; able to adapt quickly in a fast- changing digital, product and logistical environment.
• Fluency in Dutch, with excellent English; German is an advantage.
• Willingness to work on Saturdays if necessary.
• Experience with customs and logistical procedures, or eagerness to learn.
• Team-orientated and internationally minded - not a "9 to 5 "mentality, but someone who thrives in an evolving, cross-border business.
• Strong analytical skills to improve processes and optimise costs.
• A true team player, while also able to work independently in a dynamic environment.
