Ben jij de regisseur van ITSM-processen en tooling?

Als Process & Application Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor de regie, inrichting en continue verbetering van onze IT Service Management (ITSM) processen en de bijbehorende applicaties binnen Managed Services. Je focus ligt op procesmanagement, functionele inrichting, integraties met derde partijen en het verhogen van de kwaliteit en efficiëntie van onze dienstverlening.

Je stapt in op een cruciaal moment: we migreren naar een nieuwe ITSM-software. Jij houdt de huidige omgeving stabiel terwijl je het nieuwe platform functioneel inricht volgens ITIL-best practices. Het technische beheer wordt uitbesteed, jij focust op het functionele en de integraties met klanten en derde partijen.

What are you responsible for:

• Procesregie . Je bewaakt ITSM-procesketens, adviseert over ontwerp en verbeteringen, en vertaalt processen naar werkende applicatiefunctionaliteit;
• Functioneel beheer . Je richt de nieuwe ITSM-applicatie in, bouwt integraties met externe systemen en lost functionele issues op;
• Kwaliteitscontrole . Je checkt of we processen écht uitvoeren zoals bedacht en grijpt in waar nodig;
• Verbeteren & sturen . Je ontwikkelt KPI's, dashboards en initieert verbetertrajecten die impact maken;
• Projecten . Je voert de regie op procesinrichting binnen projecten (bid → build → run) en borg je overdracht;
• Borging . Je actualiseert documentatie, bewaakt naleving en deelt actief kennis binnen het team.

Je wordt onderdeel van een team van drie Process & Application Managers en rapporteert aan de Teammanager PAM. Je krijgt de ruimte en het vertrouwen om processen en tooling naar een hoger niveau te tillen tijdens een transitie waar het er echt toe doet.

What do you bring?

• Minimaal 7-10 jaar relevante ervaring in procesmanagement of ITSM;
• Sterke kennis van ITIL4, servicemanagement en procesontwerp, inclusief bijbehorende certificering;
• Ervaring met functionele inrichting van ITSM-applicaties.

Je bent een verbinder die met leveranciers, klanten en interne teams samenwerkt. Iemand met oog voor detail en overzicht. Hands-on is en verbeteringen durft door te voeren, resultaatgericht is en houdt van aanpakken.
